These details explain aVitalWeb’s introductory offer and advertised starting prices. Your written proposal identifies the services, charges, and terms that apply to your project before you agree to proceed.
40% introductory offer
- Eligible new clients can receive 40% off eligible monthly service fees for their first six paid months of the agreed service.
- Advertised starting prices are before this discount. Eligibility and the discounted monthly amount will be confirmed in your proposal.
- The discount applies to the monthly service fees identified in the proposal. One-time website or app projects, setup work, additional usage, advertising spend, phone or SMS charges, payment processing, taxes, and third-party subscriptions are excluded unless the proposal expressly includes them.
- After the six-month promotional period, the monthly fee stated in your proposal applies. We will show that amount before you agree to proceed.
- The offer is available for a limited time and is subject to service availability and project eligibility. Requesting the offer does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a launch date, or activate a service.
Plan scope, usage & limitations
Starting prices are not a promise of unlimited usage or every feature shown on the website. Call-minute and message allowances, simultaneous calls, phone numbers, business locations, calendars, integrations, support, and any extra charges depend on the agreed plan. Some limitations may apply.
Allowances and features are still being finalized as our automation services are introduced. We will confirm what is included, what is excluded, any additional usage rates, and any setup or third-party costs in writing before service begins. We will not describe an unspecified allowance as unlimited.
Supported features depend on the selected software, your existing systems, provider availability, and successful testing. Demo capabilities do not establish what is included in a paid plan. Custom workflows, healthcare requirements, and special security requirements need separate assessment and scoping before activation.
Consultations & launch timing
Our free consultation is an initial discussion of approximately 15 minutes. Submit a request through the contact form and we will arrange a mutually suitable time. A request is not a confirmed appointment and creates no obligation to subscribe or buy.
Automation services are being introduced in phases. Launch dates are agreed after reviewing requirements, integrations, and testing. General timing examples are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Monthly service & cancellation
Monthly plans are offered month to month. Your proposal will describe billing, how and when cancellation takes effect, and any charges for work already completed or separately agreed third-party commitments. Cancelling a monthly service does not automatically cancel a separately agreed project or third-party subscription.
